Unlimited Access

The term unlimited access does not mean that you never have to disconnect from Waycom. The user dialups are a shared resource. If you feel that you need a fulltime connection or that you need to run server based software on your dialup connection, you should contact waycom to set up such an account.

The terms of agreement for Unlimited Access accounts are as follows.

Users may not leave their computer unattended while connected to Waycom. Dialup accounts in no expressed or implied way are to be used for access to work related activites that require or make use of a fulltime connection to the Internet.

Server based and other automatic unattended programs are not to be used over user dialup accounts.

Use of automatic redialers or other programs that are used to allow reconnection of a disconnected dialup are unacceptable. Suspected use of such programs will cause immediate termination of your account.

Use of any software that is determined to be malicious or destructive is strictly prohibited. Any use of such software will cause immediate termination of your account.

Waycom reserves the right to terminate any account that is believed to be violating any of the above terms.
