• * User ID is maximum 8 characters. Due to some recent findings this should be either lowercase letters or numbers, or a combination of both. I recommend using your first initial with the first six letters of your last name. Thus, John Doe would be jdoe or jdoe1 or something similar.
  
• ** Password must be at least 5 characters and no more than 8. They can contain letters and numbers both upper and lower case.
  
• All usernames are first come first serve. If someone is already using the username that you would like, you will need to choose a different username. First name only is a poor choice as these are reserved for system administrators or are already in use.

The other method is to come in to the office and sign up. The hours here vary slightly from time to time however I can geeneraly be found in the office Monday - Wed and Friday between 1:00pm and 12:00 midnight, Thursday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, Saturday and Sunday I am frequently in the office ( call first ).
