Saturday and Sunday hours are available when I am in the office. For weekend hours please call before coming in to the office to be sure that I am here. Feel free to call at anytime of day or night, if someone is here they will answer the phone and be ready to help you. If for some odd reason your problem is beyond phone help we can also provide service in our office. Some of the support in our office is free, however we can not offer free support for maintainance of your computer. Waycom dialup customers are eligible for a reduced rate of $15.00/hr for repair services. Visits to the home are available to senior citizens and to those with physical disabilities that will not allow them to easily access our office.
