Newsgroup Information

A news group is a central location server to send mail to that will mail out multiple copies of mail to all the "subcribed users". This allows you to write one message, and send it to all those people who are interested. By this method, people that you don't even know can send messages out to the "newsgroup" and allow you to have the information that is available.

Waycom currently provides access to a news-server at no additional cost to all of our customers. For access to this service you will need a "News" program. On most computers this program will be included with the browser and/or email program. On computers operating under most Microdoft Windows operating systems, the news program is packaged with the email program "Outlook Express". Use the "Help" button in the program to find out how to add a News-server. The news-server that you will use is named "news.waycom.com" and does not require that you log in.

There are currently no Newsgroups available at or about Waycom. If the interest arises we will consider making it available. There are many newsgroups available on the internet that you can subscribe to.
