PolicyWaycom has only a few rules concerning the acceptable use of our network, we ask that you read them carefully and understand them.Waycom does not condone the use of our network for any illegal purpose under any circumstance. We also do not find harassment of any other user of this network, or any other network acceptable. Any complaints lodged against a user at Waycom will be reviewed in a timely manner, and all involved will be allowed to present their case. In the untimely event that Waycom is asked to provide copies of logfiles by order of any court system within the US, we will comply with their request. These logfiles do not include any personal information, nor do they include information about what sites you visit. Our systems do watch for possible attacks and other illegal activities and includes warnings to the system administrator when these activities take place. User accounts are personal accounts, allowing others to use your account is a violation of policy for dialup or web-services on any of Waycom's servers. The only exception to this rule are parents who have minor children living with them. These parents may allow their children to use their accounts, however we do reccomend that you monitor any and all use of your account. You may also not resell any services of Waycom/Wayland Communications unless you have an account and contract that allows you to do so. Web Page ContentWaycom users who use the web-page services here have only the most basic of limitations. Web-pages are to be no larger than 5 megabytes. They will not contain pornographic or obscene pictures or messages. What is pornographic and obscene will be determined by Waycom.The personal websights must not contain any copyrighted material without first notifying, and supplying Waycom with express written consent to use the copyrighted material. This includes programs, both comercial and private, logos, documents, pictures or any other thing that is copyrighted, or the rights are solely owned by any company or individual who has not supplied Waycom with express written consent. Any sight that is found to generate excessive traffic causing a slowdown to other users will be eliminated, or billed for the additional bandwidth needed to accomodate the site. NOTICE !Waycom reserves the right to remove any website, at any time for violation of these policies. Furthermore Waycom will not be heald responsible for information uploaded by customers. Any customer storing information on the server(s) here at Waycom are responsible to keep their own backups of their files.
